Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TubeLyft, operated by TubeLyft ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TubeLyft.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeLyft. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using TubeLyft on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
TubeLyft is a YouTube creator analytics platform that provides forward-looking insights including content gap analysis, title and thumbnail scoring, posting time recommendations, audience retention analysis, and channel growth intelligence. Features are available across Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@tubelyft.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts for the purpose of abuse, or use automated means to access the service.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
TubeLyft offers three plans:
- Free — Core features available at no cost, with usage limits. No credit card required.
- Pro — Unlocks advanced analytics features on a recurring monthly or annual subscription.
- Premium — Full feature access including all Pro features plus premium-tier tools, on a recurring subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. YouTube API Services
TubeLyft uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel to TubeLyft, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube API data is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You may revoke TubeLyft's access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings. Revoking access will disconnect your YouTube channel from TubeLyft.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TubeLyft for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from TubeLyft
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
- Use TubeLyft to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Resell or sublicense access to TubeLyft without our written permission
- Use the service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
7. Intellectual Property
TubeLyft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TubeLyft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on TubeLyft without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your YouTube channel data. By connecting your channel, you grant TubeLyft a limited licence to access and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TubeLyft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Analytics, insights, and recommendations provided by TubeLyft are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific results, channel growth, or revenue outcomes from using our service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TubeLyft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of TubeLyft shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TubeLyft after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
